While Ketanji Brown Jackson, the first African American woman on the US Supreme Court, is seated, the 6-3 conservative majority is making its mark by adjusting established law. The shift to the right has the potential to move the Court away from public opinion and threaten the legitimacy of the Court as an institution. Join us as we consider the historic nature of the current Supreme Court.
