The Impact of the Conservative Majority on the Legitimacy of the Supreme Court In-Person / Online
While Ketanji Brown Jackson, the first African American woman on the US Supreme Court, is seated, the 6-3 conservative majority is making its mark by adjusting established law. The shift to the right has the potential to move the Court away from public opinion and threaten the legitimacy of the Court as an institution.
