Alone in the Crowd: A Faculty Panel on American Loneliness

Alone in the Crowd: A Faculty Panel on American Loneliness In-Person / Online

Loneliness may be the largest health crisis of the 21st century but we rarely talk about it. The bottom line is that loneliness will kill you. This year our One Book, One College program focuses on Kristen Radtke’s book, Seek You: A Journey Through American Loneliness. This panel discussion will deal directly with loneliness. What is it? How does technology and modern library make it worse? What can we do to avoid it?
